Refund Policy Disclaimer

At Last Call Bar Academy, we take pride in delivering high-quality tutoring and exam preparation services. Because our services are personalized, scheduled in advance, and involve a direct time commitment from our instructors, we maintain the following refund and cancellation policy:

No Refunds

All sales are final. Once a tutoring session, course, or package has been purchased, payment is non-refundable. This policy applies to all services, including single sessions, packages, and digital materials.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

24-Hour Notice Required: Students may reschedule a session without penalty by providing at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled session start time.
Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice: If a session is canceled with fewer than 24 hours’ notice, the payment for that session will be forfeited.
No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will also result in forfeiture of payment.

Emergencies

We understand that emergencies may occur. If an unavoidable situation arises, please contact us as soon as possible at support@lastcallbaracademy.com or (512) 815-0766. Exceptions to this policy are granted at our sole discretion.
